Founder & Managing Trustee
Left a fifteen-year career in supply chain management in 2016 after a weekend visit to a school in Wardhannapet that had four books in the building. Handles programme strategy and, still, most of the driving.

Legally responsible for the trust, its finances and its child-protection policy.
Trustee & Chair, Safeguarding
Retired district judge. Chairs the safeguarding committee, reviews every escalated child-protection matter, and wrote the first draft of our consent form.

Trustee & Medical Adviser
Consultant paediatrician in Hyderabad. Supervises the health camp protocol and the referral pathway into the PHC network, and has argued us out of two well-meaning and medically useless ideas.

Chief Operating Officer
Former district programme manager with a state literacy mission. Owns operations, the safeguarding function and the uncomfortable question of whether an intervention is actually working.
Head of Programmes
Twelve years in rural education delivery across Telangana and northern Andhra. Designed the digital lab specification around the power cut rather than around the brochure.
Finance & Compliance Manager
Chartered accountant. Runs the books, the 80G receipting, the Form 10BD filing and the FCRA segregation, and writes the parts of the annual report that nobody else wants to write.
Communications Lead
Journalist turned communications lead. Responsible for the rule that our fundraising copy may not say anything the field team would not say out loud in the school verandah.
Volunteer Programme Coordinator
Manages 340 volunteers across eleven districts, the background verification process, and the rota that gets books from a Warangal godown to a school 90 km away on a Saturday.
