What you would like to give

Story books and readers in Telugu, English or Hindi for Classes 1–10, in readable condition
New, unused notebooks, slates, chalk, pens, pencils, geometry boxes and colour sets
School bags and water bottles — new, or gently used with working zips and no tears
Sports equipment: footballs, volleyballs, cricket kits, carrom boards, chess sets
Steel plates and tumblers for mid-day meals, unused and food-grade
Working laptops and tablets no more than six years old, factory reset, with chargers
Classroom furniture: benches, desks, cupboards and blackboards in sound repair

Sorting and disposing of unusable donations costs money that should be buying books.

Torn, mouldy, water-damaged or heavily scribbled books — we cannot put them in a child’s hands
Expired or dried-out stationery: hardened glue, dead markers, cracked crayons
Textbooks from an old syllabus — Telangana and Andhra Pradesh SCERT books must match the current academic year
Competitive-exam guides, engineering or medical entrance material, and adult fiction
Used uniforms, undergarments or footwear, for reasons of dignity and hygiene
CRT monitors, printers without cartridges, and computers that will not boot
Perishable food, medicines, or anything past its expiry date

You pledge. Fill in the form with quantities and condition.
We call. Within two working days, to confirm what we can take and fix a date.
We collect or you drop off. Collection is free within Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar and Nizamabad for 25 items or more.
We sort and count. Everything is graded, entered in our stock ledger and matched to a school’s request.
You get an acknowledgement. Listing the items and their assessed value — and, later, news of the distribution.

In-kind gifts are not eligible for a deduction under Section 80G. If a tax certificate matters to you, give money instead.
