Annual Report 2024–25 — The first graduation
MPPS Ibrahimpur graduated out of the adoption programme. Sixty-one merit scholarships awarded. Reading at Class-2 level reached 58% across adopted schools — and fell in three schools, which we write about at length.

Annual Report 2023–24 — Water, toilets and the unglamorous half
The year we stopped leading with books. Five toilet blocks restored, eight RO units installed, and the first serious analysis of what a working toilet does to girls’ attendance.

The digital literacy programme launched, deliberately built around refurbished hardware and power backup. Nine libraries opened, and the reading figure recovered to 39%.

Annual Report 2021–22 — Coming back to the classroom
The year schools reopened. Learning loss across our schools was severe: the share of Class 5 children reading at Class-2 level had fallen from 38% to 31%. This report is mostly about what we did in response.

What happens to your donation
No jargon and no footnotes: the whole journey, from your payment to a child’s hands.
It lands in the trust’s bank account
Online payments settle directly into the foundation’s account through a registered payment gateway. No individual ever holds donation money, and cash above ₹2,000 is not accepted as an 80G gift.
You receive an 80G receipt
Issued against our 80G approval and reported to the Income Tax Department in Form 10BD, so the gift appears against your PAN. A receipt cannot be edited once issued.
It is earmarked if you asked
Gifts for a school, programme or campaign are tracked against that fund and cannot be spent elsewhere. Unrestricted gifts go to the most urgent need that term.
We buy in bulk, locally
Books, kits and furniture are bought at volume against quotations on file, from suppliers near the district, which keeps both cost and transport down.
A headmaster signs for it
Every distribution is recorded against the school with quantities, date and the headmaster’s signature. Our impact numbers are counted from that register, not estimated.
It is audited and published
An independent chartered accountant audits the accounts every year and they are published on this page. Foreign contributions are banked and reported separately under FCRA.
