Infrastructure
Three years, one school, measured end to end
About this initiative
Adoption is a three-year contract with a school, not a cheque. It starts with a joint infrastructure audit — us, the headmaster, the School Management Committee and, wherever possible, the Mandal Education Officer. Every gap is costed and prioritised in the open.

Adopt a Government School
Fund a piece of it, give a few hours on a distribution day, or bring your company in as a partner.
A school graduates out of the programme when the gram panchayat has taken the recurring costs onto its own budget line and reading levels have held for four consecutive terms. MPPS Ibrahimpur graduated in 2024. That is the outcome we are aiming at everywhere.
